Hello!
I emigrated with my family to New Zealand about 3 years ago, from sleepy somerset to the sights and sounds of the city of Wellington. Although I’m sure I can still smell the faint whiff of farm country! I have a wonderful partner (one day we may marry but we haven’t quite got round to it in 16 years, so don’t hold your breath!) and gorgeous daughter who’s 15, I’m still adjusting to being the mother of a teenager!
I love writing children’s books and would very much like to get them published in the near future. I currently have a few finished picture books (albeit without the pictures as I have little talent in that area). I am also writing a novel for older readers, possibly to be a trilogy, though I am still on book one so far.
I like making crazy looking cakes too, which explains the picture somewhat
